    We do not directly sell LED TVs . We act solely as a reseller/commission agent on behalf of Adil & Sons Electronics, Opposite Burnhall College, Abbottabad.

  2. Order Processing & Sales
    When you place an order through our website, your purchase is redirected to Adil & Sons Electronics, where the sale is officially commenced and finalized. We do not issue invoices, warranties, or receipts directly—these are provided exclusively by Adil & Sons Electronics.

  3. No Liability
    We are not liable for:

    • Any tax-related matters,

    • Product claims, disputes, or defects,

    • Warranty, exchange, or after-sale services,

    • Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of the products.

    All responsibilities, claims, and obligations rest solely with Adil & Sons Electronics.

  4. Acknowledgment
    By using our website and placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that we function only as an intermediary, and all contractual obligations are strictly between you (the customer) and Adil & Sons Electronics.

Return and Exchange Policy

We value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange guidelines below:

For Brand New Products

  • You may request a return or exchange if:

    • The product is faulty or damaged upon delivery

    • You are not satisfied with the quality

    • A wrong item has been shipped

    • There is a size issue with the product

For Pre-Loved Products

  • Returns are accepted if:

    • The product has a major defect or damage not mentioned in the listing

    • The condition is not as described

General Conditions (Applicable to All Products)

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Customers must contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving their parcel to request a return or exchange

  • The product must be booked for return within 5 working days of receipt

  • The online return form  must be filled and submitted before sending the product back

  • Once we receive the returned product and it meets the above conditions, your payment will be transferred immediately in your provided account.
